Page Me 2013

2013 started off as a banner year in my reading life. A banner year, my friend.  Then, in August I got consumed with a little thing they call the iPhone.  Oh, and high school.  High school marching band happened.  And fall baseball.  I stopped reading anything not on a webpage.  Here's to loftier pursuits in 2014....

If you googled some of these books, you would find that a few are "young adult". Doesn't mean they aren't literature.   Like Glory Be.  A beautiful coming-of-age story set during the civil rights movement.  Read The Night Circus.  Scenes in it and Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet come back to me all the time. Time to get back to turning pages!!!!
